A new game, launching on itch.io, lets you finally live out your childhood dream in the most gruesome (and least Disneyesque) way imaginable.
MERMADE mixes survival and body horror, placing you in the role of an unwilling lab subject whose lower body has been replaced with a gruesomely stitched-on fishtail. Your mission is simple: escape the subterranean research lab and avoid traps and other test subjects (Note: they’re not happy to see you).
Created by a collective of designers known as The Mermakers, MERMADE is available as a demo (currently for Windows only and best played with a controller), with further development ongoing.
