EXCLUSIVE CLIP: “WOLF MAN” Arrives On Digital With A Hairy Host Of Bonus Features

Hot on the hairy heels of the home release of WOLF MAN, co-writer/director Leigh Whannell‘s (The Invisible Man) terrifying reimagining of the 1941 Universal classic, genre giant Blumhouse has shared a glimpse into the never-before-seen bonus content chronicling the making of the film. In this exclusive clip from one of the many featurettes included with the digital release, Whannell and the film’s production sound mixer, Chris Hiles, along with stars Julia Garner and Christopher Abbott, explain how shifting sound and visuals amp up the fright factor.

Now available to rent or own, the digital release features commentary by Whannell and a hairy host of bonus content and making-of docs:

Unleashing a New Monster explores the inspiration behind Leigh Whannell’s dark and gritty take on one of horror’s most iconic monsters.

Designing Wolf Man is a deep dive into Whannell and prosthetic designer Arjen Tuiten‘s mission to create a Wolf Man unlike any seen before, featuring a look at conceptual designs, sculptures and prosthetic make-up that aided in creating the film’s legendary lycanthrope.

Hands on Horror breaks down the film’s thrilling action sequences and practical effects.

Nightmares and Soundscapes allows fans to witness the world through the eyes of a werewolf, detailing how sound design and VFX came together to bring the heightened senses and perspective of the Wolf Man to the screen.

Universal and Blumhouse’s full-moon fever rages on into the following month with a limited-edition steel book 4K UHD, Blu-ray and DVD, coming March 18, 2025, all available for pre-order now.
