EXCLUSIVE MUSIC PREMIERE: Eerie Choral Ambience Sets A Sinister Tone For “PASSENGER”

Saturday, May 23, 2026 | Exclusives, Music

By WILLIAM J. WRIGHT

Genre favorite composer Christopher Young (Hellraiser, Sinister, Drag Me to Hell) infuses the ominous, demonic atmosphere of director André Øvredal‘s PASSENGER with a score wrought to diabolical aural perfection.

Lakeshore Records was kind enough to share Young’s “St. Christopher #4,” an exclusive track from the film’s official soundtrack, with RUE MORGUE. Featuring a haunting choral arrangement that’s both melancholy and sinister, “St. Christopher #4” evokes the scores of religious horror classics like The Omen and The Exorcist; it’s sure to send chills down your spine if you like your incense spiked with a whiff of brimstone.

Check out PASSENGER: MUSIC FROM AND INSPIRED BY THE MOTION PICTURE in its entirety, now available from Lakeshore Records. PASSENGER is in theaters now.
