The sightless antagonist of the 2016 horror sleeper is back, and this time he’s on a mission.
Sony Pictures/Screen Gems releases DON’T BREATHE 2 exclusively to theaters August 13. The sequel was directed by Rodo Sayagues, who scripted the first film with its director Fede Alvarez; the duo also wrote the new movie and produced it with Raimi and Robert Tapert. Stephen Lang returns as blind Norman Nordstrom, who’s now more sympathetic and has been taking care of a young girl (Madelyn Grace), but is forced to revert to his violent ways when she is kidnapped by a gang of criminals. Brendan Sexton III and Adam Young also star; see our chat with Alvarez about DON’T BREATHE 2 here.
