XYZ Films and Project Infinity have announced that Alfie Williams (pictured), the young actor who impressed in this year’s 28 YEARS LATER, is among the new additions to the ensemble of the supernatural horror movie BANQUET, currently shooting in Britain. Also joining previously announced Meghann Fahy (TRAP) are Corey Mylchreest, Finbar Lynch and Olwen Fouéré, the latter a familiar face from THE WATCHERS, ALL YOU NEED IS DEATH, THE NORTHMAN, 2022’s TEXAS CHAINSAW MASSACRE and TAROT; Galder Gaztelu-Urrutia is directing from a screenplay by Sam Steiner. The synopsis: “Jenny Cochrane’s [Fahy] seemingly ideal life unravels when her estranged son returns, unearthing a horrifying secret hidden in her family’s past.”
