“THE RETURN OF SWAMP THING” stalks onto 4K UHD; details & art

The comic-book favorite’s second feature is coming with extras old and new.

Lightyear Entertainment has announced its 35th-anniversary 4K UHD/Blu-ray release of THE RETURN OF SWAMP THING, the 1988 sequel directed by Jim Wynorski and scripted by Neil Cuthbert and Grant Morris, coming February 7. Dick Durock and Louis Jourdan return as Swamp Thing and the villainous Dr. Anton Arcane respectively, and the movie also stars Heather Locklear, Sarah Douglas, Joey Sagal, Ace Mask and Monique Gabrielle. The two-disc set will include a 4K restoration at 1.85:1 from the original interpositive, accompanied by the following bonus features:
