In DEAD END, a young man flees the vengeful spirit of his abusive boyfriend. The Russian horror short will play the ninth annual Portland Horror Film Festival at the Hollywood Theatre, on June 5-9.
The waiver will allow women-helmed feature-length and short horror films to be submitted free of charge.
