It’s a very different vehicle for the rising young actress from ANYONE BUT YOU.

Neon has released the trailer as well as the poster for IMMACULATE, which arrives in theaters March 22. Directed by Michael Mohan, who previously guided star Sydney Sweeney in the Amazon Original Movie THE VOYEURS, and written by Andrew Lobel, it also features Alvaro Morte, Dora Romano, Benedetta Porcaroli, Giorgio Colangeli and Simona Tabasco. In the film, according to the official synopsis, “Sweeney stars as Cecilia, an American nun of devout faith, embarking on a new journey in a remote convent in the picturesque Italian countryside. Cecilia’s warm welcome quickly devolves into a nightmare as it becomes clear her new home harbors a sinister secret and unspeakable horrors.”
