Brotherly love takes a whole new spin when Duane arrives in New York with a basket containing his deformed and previously-conjoined brother, Belial. Belial resents being cut off from his brother against their will when they were children, so the two seek out revenge against the doctor responsible for their detaching. Matters become complicated for the brothers when Duane befriends a nurse named Sharon, and everything culminates in a bloody mess.
