Get the first listen to “Eat the People,” from hard rock band DemonScar.

“Eat the People” is just one of the demented ditties in SWEET MEATS, coming soon from Troma in association with Horror House Pictures and NKY Films. Ricky Glore wrote and directed the film and also wrote or co-wrote all the songs for this mashup of horror and musical comedy, in which he co-stars alongside Timmy Barron, Eileen Earnest, Andrew Gordon and Amanda Chilelli. The synopsis: “Bobby Sweet is a country music legend and has been the world-renowned face of ‘Sweet Meats’ since establishing his first restaurant with his wife in 1978. How did his restaurant take off so quickly and what makes the meat so darn sweet? Sometimes a ‘secret ingredient’ should stay that way. They always say, ‘You’d be disgusted if you knew what you were really eating!’ They might be right…”

“If you’re looking for a taste of what the music will be like in SWEET MEATS, feast your ears here!” Glore says. “None of these songs featured are performed by the star, country music legend Bobby Sweet, himself, but this sure does whet the appetite for what you’ll be served in the film.”
