Exclusive news and photos: “SORORITY OF THE DAMNED” is headed for theaters–and invites other movies to join

The folks behind the monster-packed horror/comedy have opened up a distribution opportunity for other independent auteurs.

Blood Brother Productions gave RUE MORGUE the scoop that SORORITY OF THE DAMNED, which we last reported on here, will be released to drive-ins and traditional regional theaters this fall. It will be part of the Blood Brothers Blood Bath, a four-movie event–“a double double feature, if you will”–that will be followed by a home video release. They’re looking to fill in the slate with three more completed fright features; those interested in submitting their movies for consideration can contact bloodbrothersmovies@gmail.com for more information.

SORORITY OF THE DAMNED was directed by Joe Davison, who also stars, and makeup FX creator Roy Knyrim, from a script by Davison and Jeremy Lester. The cast additionally includes Felissa Rose, Katarina Leigh Waters, Sarah French, Anna Christensen, Renee Daw and cult filmmaker Richard Elfman. Davison plays a handyman who must team up with a group of sorority girls to take on four elemental witches who have been resurrected by a religious zealot (Rose). The Blood Brother boys also passed on some exclusive new photos, which you can see below.
