Exclusive clip & photos, plus poster & trailer: “WICKED ONES” are coming

The sequel to the award-winning independent slasher movie THE WICKED ONE is headed for its premiere in October.

Jonestown Films and Studio 605 sent along an exclusive excerpt and pics along with the poster for WICKED ONES, on which director Tory Jones and executive producer Chris Gierowski encored from the previous film. Jones scripted with artist/filmmaker Nathan Thomas Milliner, and the cast is headed by Katie Stewart, Dale Miller, Skyler Guthrie, Brandi Botkin and Morgan Pyle. The synopsis: “While returning to Carpenter Falls, the Lawson family comes to their final confrontation with The Wicked One, a serial killer with whom their last encounter has haunted them for a decade.”

“The original WICKED ONE film is what first brought eyes to Jonestown Films and Studio 605,” Jones says. “So for us to reunite on this second installment and complete the story we established in the first has been super-rewarding and bittersweet.”

THE WICKED ONES’ world premiere is set to take place Saturday, October 3 at 8 p.m. at the Triple Crown Plaza in Louisville, KY. Tickets can be purchased at the Jonestown Films website.
