The first trailer for Winnie-the-Pooh: Blood and Honey 3 has arrived, dragging Pooh, Tigger, and Rabbit into a blood soaked circus for the next instalment of the microbudget franchise that turned A.A. Milne’s characters into slashers.
Scott Chambers, who produced the first two Blood and Honey films and recently directed Peter Pan’s Neverland Nightmare, takes over directing duties from series creator Rhys Frake-Waterfield, who steps back to produce alongside a screenplay from Richard Stanley, the Hardware and Color Out of Space filmmaker.
According to a synopsis shared with IGN, the story picks up fifteen years after Pooh, Tigger, and Rabbit were captured by the sinister Woozles Circus and put on display. An orphan named Momo, played by Josephine Blazier, takes a job with the travelling show while searching for her missing mother, and uncovers drugged half human performers and a string of disappearances tied to the circus’s darkest secret.
Lewis Santer, Eddy MacKenzie, and Marcus Massey return as Tigger, Piglet, and Owl respectively, while George Drogo and Roger Jackson step in as Pooh and Rabbit. Chambers says the film is “absolute carnage,” adding that he counted 20 character deaths during filming, and that the sequel leads directly into the planned crossover Poohniverse: Monsters Assemble. He also described the tone as darker and more serious than the previous two instalments.
Winnie-the-Pooh: Blood and Honey 3 is set for release through ITN Distribution in late January 2027.
