Fans of offbeat body horror will give this one a big hand.
Chroma releases THE RESTORATION OF GRAYSON MANOR, the new film by Glenn McQuaid (I SELL THE DEAD), this fall. It plays the Downtown Brooklyn Alamo Drafthouse starting October 9 and arrives in Los Angeles October 14, with more cities to follow. The movie then hits TVOD November 6 and debuts on Shudder for the U.S. and Canada December 1. Scripted by Clay McLeod Chapman and McQuaid, it stars Chris Colfer, Alice Krige (SLEEPWALKERS), Daniel Adegboyega, Declan Reynolds, Gabriela Garcia Vargas, Matthew McMahon, Issac Cairns and Dave Byrne. According to the official synopsis, Colfer plays “Boyd Grayson, a hedonistic heir who torments his legacy-obsessed mother [Krige]. When an accident leaves Boyd handless, she rebuilds him with prosthetics wired to his subconscious, hands that act on his most violent urges. Inside their decaying Gothic estate, those hands unleash horrors on Grayson Manor.”
