The ultraviolent Taiwanese zombie film THE SADNESS is finally hitting Shudder, and RUE MORGUE invites you to watch it along with us!

An ultra-violent, sexually disturbed shocker, THE SADNESS sees a mysterious infection unshackle humanity’s basest, most vile impulses, and threaten the lives of two young lovers (Berant Zhu and Regina Lei) as they struggle to fight their way back to each other across a ravaged Taipei. Now infecting Shudder, THE SADNESS may prove to be as potently polarizing abroad as it has been in its country of origin, but horror fans worldwide will find themselves taken with Jabbaz’s inventively gory and provocative debut feature.

Join Exec Editor Andrea Subissati for a night of relentless zombie mayhem, featuring trivia and live chat with the Rue Crew, and a post-screening Q&A with the film’s writer/director Rob Jabbaz.
