Coming March 1st on the Arrow streaming platform, Jill Gevargizian‘s debut feature, THE STYLIST tells the story of a shy and troubled beauty, Claire (Najarra Townsend, Contracted) who cuts hair by day and collects scalps by night. When Claire’s effervescent client, Olivia (Brea Grant, Lucky) tasks her with styling her hair for her looming wedding, Claire’s lonely and violent existence is thrown into turmoil as she tries to to make a real connection with the bride. Premiering last year to rave reviews at Fantastic Fest, this assured debut feature is “part William Lustig, part Brian De Palma, but unequivocally Jill Gevargizian and one of 2020’s best entries in the genre.”
