The movie and its promotional material homage psycho-shockers of the past.
Writer/director Christopher Wesley Moore gave us the first look and the trailer and poster (by Sadist Art Designs’ Marc Schoenbach) for his queer-oriented erotic giallo UNTIL YOU’RE ALONE. A co-production of CWM Entertainment and Rivers Ash Productions, it stars Roger Connors, Will Lovorn, Christopher Wesley Moore, Jo-Ann Robinson, Keni Bounds and genre fave Lynn Lowry. Moore describes the film as “A darkly humorous take on the Italian giallo and the films of Alfred Hitchcock and Brian De Palma that’s as funny as it is suspenseful.” The synopsis: “UNTIL YOU’RE ALONE follows a repressed architect who must join forces with a free-spirited sex worker to figure out who is responsible for a series of grisly murders and clear his name after he becomes the top suspect.”
The filmmakers are currently pursuing festival play for UNTIL YOU’RE ALONE; stay tuned for updates on that and other release information.
