Exclusive: Larry Fessenden’s “BLACKOUT” coming on Limited Edition Blu-ray; full details and art

Fans of Fessenden and lycanthropictures will be howling over this one.

Dark Sky Films gave us the first word that it will release BLACKOUT on a Limited Edition (1,000 units) Blu-ray edition under the Dark Sky Selects banner, available exclusively at that label’s webpage. Written and directed by Larry Fessenden, the film stars Alex Hurt as an artist struggling with the title syndrome and his dawning suspicion that he is a werewolf, responsible for gruesome murders in an upstate New York town. The cast also includes Addison Timlin, Motell Gyn Foster, Joseph Castillo-Midyett, Ella Rae Peck, Rigo Garay, John Speredakos, Michael Buscemi, Jeremy Holm, Joe Swanberg, James Le Gros, Kevin Corrigan, Marshall Bell and Barbara Crampton.

The disc will be packaged in a special O-card featuring exclusive artwork, with a 12-page booklet including an introduction by Fangoria’s Phil Nobile Jr. Special features are:
