Exclusive photos, premiere news, trailer and poster: Folk horror film “KHAF”

A graduate of the George A. Romero Filmmaking Program unleashes her new feature this fall.

Spinning Web Productions and director Jess Kaeden passed on the exclusive pics seen here with the news that their feature KHAF will have its premiere Saturday, October 14 at the State Theater for the Arts in Uniontown, PA. Scripted by Kaeden, Jason Burke and Justen Kimball, the movie stars Samantha Ainsworth, Hattie Baier, Brian Ceponis, Kenneth Pierce, Judy Millar and Gabriel Paz Quijano. The synopsis: “When 15-year-old Everleigh [Baier] becomes pregnant, her family runs afoul of their patron deity, the Carthaginian demon Moloch, who demands sacrifice of the unborn child.”

KHAF was shot and financed entirely in the Pittsburgh area, with props and effects created by local artist Sleep in Fear. For more on the movie, head over to its Facebook page.
