It’s especially bad timing for the protagonist of this captivity chiller.

101 Films has announced the November 30 VOD/digital release date of WIRED SHUT, which will then hit DVD January 25. Directed by Alexander Sharp from a screenplay by Peter Malone Elliott (the two also produced and came up with the story), it stars Blake Stadel, Natalie Sharp and Behtash Fazlali. The synopsis: “A disillusioned famous novelist [Stadel], unable to talk while recovering in his remote mountain home from major reconstructive jaw surgery, is exposed to a life-threatening secret when he receives an unexpected visit from his estranged daughter [Natalie Sharp].”
