VOTE RUE MORGUE IN THE 17TH ANNUAL “RONDO HATTON CLASSIC HORROR AWARDS”

The Oscars are yesterday’s mashed potatoes… celebrate the best in classic and contemporary horror with the 17th annual RONDO HATTON CLASSIC HORROR AWARDS!

This year, RUE MORGUE is honoured with nominations in five categories, including BEST MAGAZINE, BEST ARTICLE (Fear Is Family,’ by Andrea Subissati, RUE MORGUE #182 and ‘Horrors of the Holy,’ by Jess Peacock, RUE MORGUE #180), BEST INTERVIEW (Jamie Lee Curtis, by Michael Gingold, RUE MORGUE #183.), BEST COLUMN (Files from the Black Museum: A Cultural Autopsy of Classic Horror by Paul Corupe, and John W. Bowen’s It Came From Bowen’s Basement), and BEST COVER (RM#185 featuring art by Bob Birchfield).

Additionally, the Rue Morgue presented AD NAUSEAM: Newsprint Nightmares from the 1980s, by Michael Gingold was nominated for BOOK OF THE YEAR and our columnist, The Homicidal Homemaker, received a nomination in the category of BEST MULTIMEDIA SITE.
