Trailer provides the first look at “THE FIRST OMEN”; poster, too

The forthcoming prequel reveals the conspiracy behind the arrival of the Antichrist.

20th Century Studios releases THE FIRST OMEN exclusively in theaters April 5. Directed by Arkasha Stevenson (CHANNEL ZERO, BRAND NEW CHERRY FLAVOR), scripted by Tim Smith, Stevenson and Keith Thomas (THE VIGIL), from a story by Ben Jacoby, and produced by David S. Goyer and Keith Levine (THE NIGHT HOUSE), it stars Nell Tiger Free, Tawfeek Barhom, Sonia Braga, Ralph Ineson (THE WITCH) and Bill Nighy (SHAUN OF THE DEAD). The synopsis: “When a young American woman is sent to Rome to begin a life of service to the church, she encounters a darkness that causes her to question her own faith and uncovers a terrifying conspiracy that hopes to bring about the birth of evil incarnate.”
