Trailer, poster and release details revealed for Ted Geoghegan’s “MOHAWK”

The writer/director of the popular ghost story WE ARE STILL HERE explores flesh-and-blood historical violence in his second feature, MOHAWK. Read on for info on the film’s release, along with the new poster and trailer.

MOHAWK, which has previously played a number of festivals to strong critical response (including ours), hits select theaters and iTunes March 2. Directed by Ted Geoghegan, who also wrote the movie with MY BEST FRIEND’S EXORCISM and PAPERBACKS FROM HELL author Grady Hendrix, the film stars Kaniehtiio Horn, Justin Rain, Ezra Buzzington (THE HILLS HAVE EYES), Eamon Farren, Noah Segan (THE MIND’S EYE), Ian Colletti (PREACHER), Robert Longstreet and Jon Huber (a.k.a. Luke Harper of the WWE). WE ARE STILL HERE producer Travis Stevens, cinematographer Karim Hussain and makeup effects creator Marcus Koch returned for those duties on MOHAWK. The synopsis: “After one of her tribe sets an American camp ablaze, a young Mohawk warrior finds herself pursued by a contingent of military renegades set on revenge. Fleeing deep into the woods they call home, Oak [Horn] and Calvin [Rain], along with their British companion Joshua [Farren], must now fight back against the bloodthirsty Colonel Holt [Buzzington] and his soldiers—using every resource both real and supernatural that the winding forest can offer.”
