Trailer drops for “ALPHA,” body horror from “RAW” and “TITANE’s” Julia Ducournau

The latest from one of our greatest modern provocateurs is coming next spring.

Neon will release ALPHA to theaters March 27. Written and directed by Julia Ducournau, the filmmaker behind the galvanizing RAW and TITANE, it stars Mélissa Boros, Tahar Rahim, Golshifteh Farahani, Emma Mackey, Finnegan Oldfield and Louai El Amrousy. The synopsis: “Alpha [Boros], a troubled 13-year-old, lives with her single mom. Their world collapses the day she returns from school with a tattoo on her arm.”
