Trailer debut: An evil teddy bear isn’t “IMAGINARY”

After M3GAN’s deadly doll, Blumhouse is turning another favorite plaything dangerous.

Lionsgate and Blumhouse have released the trailer for IMAGINARY, which is coming to theaters March 8, 2024. Jeff Wadlow directed from a script he wrote with Greg Erb and Jason Oremland, and also produced with Jason Blum. DeWanda Wise, Tom Payne, Taegen Burns, Pyper Braun, Veronica Falcon and Betty Buckley (CARRIE) star; the synopsis: When Jessica [Wise] moves back into her childhood home with her family, her youngest stepdaughter Alice [Braun] develops an eerie attachment to a stuffed bear named Chauncey she finds in the basement. Alice starts playing games with Chauncey that begin playful and become increasingly sinister. As Alice’s behavior becomes more and more concerning, Jessica intervenes only to realize Chauncey is much more than the stuffed toy bear she believed him to be.”
