Trailer and poster reveal the cruelest “SMILE”

There’s nothing happy about what happens to the heroine of Paramount Pictures’ upcoming chiller.

SMILE, written and directed by Parker Finn, arrives in theaters September 30. Sosie Bacon, Jessie T. Usher, Kyle Gallner, Robin Weigert, Caitlin Stasey, Kal Penn and Rob Morgan star; the synopsis: “After witnessing a bizarre, traumatic incident involving a patient, Dr. Rose Cotter [ Bacon] starts experiencing frightening occurrences that she can’t explain. As an overwhelming terror begins taking over her life, Rose must confront her troubling past in order to survive and escape her horrifying new reality.” In addition to the trailer and poster below, Paramount has also released a SMILE TikTok effect you can try out here.
