RLJE Films and Shudder will give ABRAHAM’S BOYS: A DRACULA STORY its big-screen release July 11. Written and directed by Natasha Kermani from Hill’s short story, it stars Titus Welliver, Jocelin Donahue (THE HOUSE OF THE DEVIL, DOCTOR SLEEP), Judah Mackey, Aurora Perrineau and Brady Hepner. The synopsis: “ABRAHAM’S BOYS follows Max and Rudy Van Helsing [Hepner and Mackey], who have spent their lives under the strict and overprotective rule of their father, Abraham [Welliver]. Unaware of his dark past, they struggle to understand his paranoia and increasingly erratic behavior. But when they begin to uncover the violent truths behind their father’s history with Dracula, their world unravels, forcing them to confront the terrifying legacy they were never meant to inherit.”
