The reimagining of Dario Argento’s classic shocker, directed by Luca Guadagnino and scripted by David Kajganich, opens in New York and Los Angeles October 26, followed by a nationwide break November 2, from Amazon Studios. Dakota Johnson, Tilda Swinton, Mia Goth, Lutz Ebersdorf, the original film’s Jessica Harper and Chloë Grace Moretz star; the synopsis: “A darkness swirls at the center of a world-renowned dance company, one that will engulf the troupe’s artistic director [Swinton], an ambitious young dancer [Johnson] and a grieving psychotherapist (Ebersdorf).
