“THE HAND THAT ROCKS THE CRADLE” remake gets a trailer and poster

Here’s one reboot that’s got all the right people attached.

Hulu has released the trailer and poster for 20th Century Studios’ new version of the 1992 psychological thriller hit, which premieres exclusively on the streamer October 22. Directed by Michelle Garza Cervera (HUESERA: THE BONE WOMAN) from a script by Micah Bloomberg, it stars Mary Elizabeth Winstead, genre fave Maika Monroe, Raúl Castillo, Martin Starr, Mileiah Vega, Riki Lindhome and Shannon Cochran. According to the official synopsis, “Winstead stars as Caitlin Morales, an upscale suburban mom who brings a new nanny, Polly Murphy [Monroe], into her home, only to discover she is not the person she claims to be.”
