Richard Bates Jr.’s SXSW shocker “TONE-DEAF” lands distribution; first photos

The writer/director behind the extreme-dysfunction horror films EXCISION, SUBURBAN GOTHIC and TRASH FIRE has landed a distributor for his latest feature ahead of its festival debut, and the first pair of photos has appeared.
