HOW HORROR HELPED ME DEAL WITH DEPRESSION
Depression. To some, this may be an ugly word, but to me it’s a part of who I am. I’ve suffered from depression and anxiety, with a dash of PTSD, for most of my life. I wake up each morning and take my “happy pill”, knowing full well that I will most likely be taking an antidepressant for the rest of my life.
