IFC takes Dave Franco-directed “THE RENTAL,” sets summer release; first photos

Actor Dave Franco (THE DISASTER ARTIST) has made his directorial debut with the fright film THE RENTAL, and despite that title, it’s set to hit theaters later this year. A few pics from the movie have been issued as well.
