Shudder hosts “Stabby Saturdays” tweet-along slasher showings this and next weekend

The streamer is celebrating killer cult flicks with a wide variety of horror folks.

Tomorrow, July 10, and next Saturday, July 17, author Grady Hendrix (whose new novel THE FINAL GIRL SUPPORT GROUP is out next week) is joined by collaborator Ted Geoghegan (director of WE ARE STILL HERE and MOHAWK) to host “Stabby Saturdays” on Shudder TV starting at 8 p.m. EST. The live-watch events, which can be followed on Twitter via the #StabbySaturdays hashtag, bring together a wide variety of female fright creatives. First up tomorrow is a double feature of THE SLUMBER PARTY MASSACRE and SLUMBER PARTY MASSACRE II (pictured above) with actress, entertainment host and producer Clarke Wolfe, Danishka Esterhazy, director of the upcoming SLUMBER PARTY MASSACRE remake, The Blogging Banshee film critic Molly Henery, Bloody Disgusting head critic Meagan Navarro, Screen Rant features editor Alisha Grauso, Bloody Disgusting podcast co-host Zena Dixon, TeenCreeps podcast co-hosts Kelly Nugent and Lindsay Katai, author April Snellings and many more.

Saturday the 17th sees the pairing of SORORITY HOUSE MASSACRE and PLEDGE NIGHT, for which the lineup includes BODY AT BRIGHTON ROCK director Roxanne Benjamin, CULTURE SHOCK director Gigi Saul Guerrero, THE RANGER director Jenn Wexler and producer Heather Buckley, THE STYLIST director Jill Gevargizian, illustrator Sister Hyde, BJ Colangelo and Harmony Colangelo (co-hosts of the This Ends at Prom podcast) and many others.
