The shocking mock-doc will be out just in time for Halloween.

Neon is now set to release SHELBY OAKS to theaters October 24. Written and directed by Chris Stuckmann, making his feature debut, with Mike Flanagan as an executive producer, it stars Camille Sullivan, Brendan Sexton III, Sarah Durn, Emily Bennett and Rob Grant III;. Sullivan plays Mia, whose younger sister Riley was a host of the PARANORMAL PARANOIDS on-line series, and vanished along with her three co-hosts during a trip to the ghost town of Shelby Oaks, Ohio.
