September Short Horror Releases on ALTER

If you’re into short horror, the folks at ALTER have you covered.  Rue Morgue wants to make sure you’re up-to-date on all of the cool stuff they have coming up, so each month we’ll be highlighting their upcoming releases.  Take a look at what they have planned for September 2020:

Birdie (September 2)

A woman walks alone to the train station. As she descends the stairs to the underground platform she smiles at a young man, he smiles back. With the smallest of gestures, the woman becomes caught in a subtle and sinister game.

Devil Woman (September 4)

An ambitious science student searching for an endangered animal gets bitten, and when loggers attack the camp changes overtaking her body become a threat to all sides.

FANATICO (September 7)

When students moonlighting as sex workers are being murdered at a Catholic boarding school, the new girl with strange visions must try to uncover the truth.

I Am Not a Monster (September 9-ALTER EXCLUSIVE)
Director: Grace Quilligan
A young man returns home uninvited to his brother’s engagement dinner only to find himself fighting for his sanity against the violent, mind controlling growth on the back of his head.

The Itch (September 21)
