Screamin’ Sins’ Recruits Jen “Hellcat” Blackwood For “LOVE YOU TO DEATH”

Hot on the heels of the 2025 EP, Living Nightmares, Kingston, Ontario-based Psychobilly trio Screamin’ Sins is set to release a haunting collaboration with one of the genre’s heavy-hitters. On June 24, the band will unleash “LOVE YOU TO DEATH,” an all-new single featuring Jen “Hellcat” Blackwood, a founding member and former vocalist of The Creepshow.

Co-produced by Terry Benn (Glorious Sons, Letdown) and Ian Blackwood, who has produced and engineered tracks for such bands as The Anti-Queens, Volbeat and Walk Off The Earth, “LOVE YOU TO DEATH” finds Blackwood back, belting out lyrics in full “Hellcat” style on a raucous psychobilly track that brings to mind The Creepshow’s 2006 debut album, Sell Your Soul

Screamin’ Sins

“It was an honour to work with Jen and Ian Blackwood on this track,” Screamin’ Sins states. “They took the song to another dimension. [Jen Blackwood’s] sassy and sultry voice blended hellishly well with our gritty and mournful sound; a must-listen for any fan of the Psychobilly or Horror Punk genres. We hope this track helps solidify Jens’ legacy and rightful place in the history of Canadian Psychobilly music.”

Screamin’ Sins’ “LOVE YOU TO DEATH,” featuring Jen “Hellcat” Blackwood, arrives on June 24. Click here to pre-save on Spotify, and be sure to check out the band’s Facebook and Bandcamp for more hellishly good music and info!
