Friday, December 3, 2021 | News

Fans are getting a fresh look at the returning cast members featured in the upcoming SCREAM, the fifth franchise entry from Paramount Pictures and Spyglass Media Group. The character posters depict Courtney Cox as Gale Weathers, David Arquette as Dewey Riley, and (of course) Neve Campbell as Sidney Prescott.

“Twenty-five years after a streak of brutal murders shocked the quiet town of Woodsboro, a new killer has donned the Ghostface mask and begins targeting a group of teenagers to resurrect secrets from the town’s deadly past. Campbell, Cox, and Arquette return to their iconic roles in Scream alongside Melissa Barrera, Kyle Gallner, Mason Gooding, Mikey Madison, Dylan Minnette, Jenna Ortega, Jack Quaid, Marley Shelton, Jasmin Savoy Brown, and Sonia Ammar.”

SCREAM is written by James Vanderbilt and Guy Busick. The film is directed by Matt Bettinelli-Olpin and Tyler Gillett of Radio Silence and executive produced by Kevin Williamson and Chad Villella (also of Radio Silence.) SCREAM will open exclusively in theaters on January 14th 2021.
