Audio horror returns to Rue-Morgue.com with the latest installment in HorrorBabble’s OCEAN DREAD reading series. This week: “When the Sea Gives up Its Dead” by American author Robert Peery, first appeared in Weird Tales Magazine in June 1929. The magazine described the tale as follows: “Every month, when the moon was full, the mariners came up out of the sea to dance upon her grave.”
