It’s the latest shocker from Daniel De La Vega, a key figure in Latin American horror cinema.
ON THE 3RD DAY is the latest feature from the Argentinean director (whose credits include WHITE COFFIN, NECROPHOBIA, JENNIFER’S SHADOW and DEATH KNOWS YOUR NAME), scripted by Alberto Fasce and Gonzalo Ventura from the latter’s novel 3 DAYS. The cast is headed by Moro Anghileri, Gerardo Romano, Lautaro Delgado Tymruk, Osvaldo Santoro and Diego Cremonesi with a special appearance by Osmar Nuñez. The synopsis: “Cecilia [Anghileri] and her son embark on a journey. On the third day, she is found wandering alone, not remembering what happened during this time. She is desperately looking for her son and finds herself wrapped in a brutal hunt, carried out by a religious fanatic, whom she faces off against. To her, he’s a lunatic. To him, Cecilia is the enemy.”
