Puppet Combo launches publishing label “TORTURE STAR VIDEO,” first project releases Friday

Indie horror game developer and publisher Puppet Combo (NUN MASSACRE, FEED ME BILLY) has announced a new label that will focus on “retro-styled horror from small developers and outsider artists” titled Torture Star Video (TSV) set to release “high quality, story-based, movie length games that can be completed in one or two sittings.”

TSV will publish their first game THE ENIGMA OF SALAZAR HOUSE, a point-and-click adventure with Virtual Boy-inspired visuals and rotoscoped cutscenes from Chilean developer Ignacio Maldonado this Friday, June 19 on Puppet Combo’s Patreon and the TSV itch.io page.

“Elisa, a young reporter, is sent to investigate the abandoned mansion of renowned author Jaime Salazar, who disappeared, along with his entire family in 1986. Setting out to find the truth of what happened in that house, she gets a lot more than she bargained for when she realizes the house of Salazar may not be totally abandoned…”
