The film begins rolling soon in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.
Voodoo Pictures has announced that Catherine Ashmore Bradley (pictured), from Nickelodeon and Paramount+’s THE REALLY LOUD HOUSE, and Christian Covetti (the GOODNIGHT MOMMY remake) will star in DOLLKEEPER. The storyline is currently being kept secret; all that has been revealed is that Bradley will play Sara, “a teenage girl confronting a terrifying figure connected to her family’s past.” The movie was scripted and will be directed by Jay Henric, who previously expanded her short film DON’T LET IT IN into the 2021 feature of the same title, and won the Scariest Short Film Prize at Popcorn Frights for 2023’s UNKNOWN. Stephen Henric will produce DOLLKEEPER, with Dominic Easter serving as cinematographer; more cast will be announced soon.
