The serial-killer shocker sees release next month.
Lionsgate has announced a November 3 release date for SQUEALER in select theaters and on VOD/digital platforms. Billed as being inspired by real events (presumably the case of Robert “Willy” Pickton also dramatized in Chad Ferrin’s PIG KILLER), it was directed by Andy Armstrong from a script he wrote with Danielle Burgio, and stars Wes Chatham, Ronnie Gene Blevins, Kate Moennig, Danielle Burgio, Graham Greene, Theo Rossi and Tyrese Gibson. The synopsis: “When young women start disappearing in a small town, a police officer and a street-smart social worker follow clues to a remote pig farm, where they discover the local butcher has been bringing his work home. Enter the world of a serial killer and experience for yourself the bloodcurdling horror of a film that’s bound to take your breath away.”
