In life, only three things are certainties: Death. Taxes and Godzilla. There’s never been a strata of pop culture where The King Of The Monsters has ever been out of vogue since making landfall in 1954 – including videogames. Since his most recent resurgence in Legendary’s Monsterverse and Toho’s Oscar-winning Godzilla Minus Zero, Capital G appeared in his own PS3 and PS4 title in 2014 and 2015, and has had guest spots in both Fortnite and Gigabash DLC packs.

And now, Atari steps into this super-sized ring with a new-gen update of the 2002 title GODZILLA: DESTROY ALL MONSTERS MELEE, considered by many to be the definitive kaiju brawler.
G: DAMM will feature 12 of Toho’s titans for Versus or Co-Op play, as well as a single-player campaign for each kaiju. Real-world locations and fictional locales such as Monster Island will be accessible for maximum damage, with all kinds of surrounding property available for smashing, throwing and bludgeoning. Beyond the expected graphics and audio updates, new gameplay features and mechanics have been added, including a new and improved system that allows players to access unlockables (monsters, locations and gallery items ) in any order they choose.
The all-new and fine-tuned GODZILLA: DESTROY ALL MONSTERS MELEE UPDATED rampages your way in November 2026. It’s available for pre-order on all platforms.
