Sky and Cam are thrilled when they buy a duplex, an ideal starter home that will literally pay for itself. Seemingly perfect, it even has a spare room for Cam’s sister, Carolyn (Hilty Bowen). However, this house harbors a sinister past. Soon, they discover hidden cameras and clues to the previous owner’s nefarious habits, forcing them into a downward spiral of dangerous obsession and voyeurism. When new tenants move in downstairs, their new fixation turns deadly.
