New trailer for Shudder/IFC’s “DANGEROUS ANIMALS” ups the shark value

It’ll be part of Cannes’ Directors’ Fortnight ahead of its release next month.

DANGEROUS ANIMALS is coming exclusively to theaters June 6 from IFC Films and Shudder. Directed by Sean Byrne (THE LOVED ONES, THE DEVIL’S CANDY) from a script by Nick Lepard, it stars Jai Courtney, Hassie Harrison and Josh Heuston. The synopsis: “When Zephyr [Harrison], a rebellious surfer, is abducted by a shark-obsessed serial killer [Courtney] and held captive on his boat, she must figure out how to escape before he carries out a ritualistic feeding to the sharks below.”
