New Limited Edition “Blood Hunger: The Films Of Jose Larraz” Box Set and Trailer

One of the most underrated and often neglected genre filmmakers of his generation, Spanish-born director José Ramón Larraz, finally receives his due in the limited edition Blood Hunger: The Films Of Jose Larraz. The first of its kind, the box set brings together a fascinating cross-section of films from the first half of his lengthy career including Whirlpool (1970), Vampyres (1974), and The Coming of Sin (1978), all newly-restored in 2K. 

The limited edition also includes newly-produced extensive bonus features such as original US theatrical cuts and trailers, brand new audio commentary by Tim Lucas and Kat Ellinger, extracts from an archival interview with José Larraz, an image gallery, brand new interviews with cast and crew, Spanish versions and trailers, and more. It also includes an 80-page bound book featuring new writing by Jo Botting, Tim Greaves, and Vanity Celis.
