More cast join “TERRIFIER” star in horror/comedy “BEST FRIENDS FOREVER”

The project was just showcased at the Tribeca Festival’s Creator Market.

Filmmaker Liz Manashil’s upcoming BEST FRIENDS FOREVER has added Aristotle Athari (MEGAN 2.0), Ally Maki, Zac Oyama, influencer Lynley Eilers and “Dead Meat” YouTube channel hosts James A. Janisse and Chelsea Rebecca to its ensemble. Already announced for the film are Catherine Corcoran (pictured, from TERRIFIER), SNL’s Bobby Moynihan, Kimia Behpoornia, Eliza Bennett, Jessie Ennis, Aparna Nancherla, Esther Povitsky and Rekha Shankar. Corcoran is also a producer on the movie with Ted Geoghegan (BROOKLYN 45), Laura Reich, Pardis Sullins and Katie Leary. According to the official synopsis, the film “follows the bachelorette-party reunion of five high-school friends as they become exposed to toxic positivity-turned-supernatural and begin to turn against each other. The film explores the things we don’t say and all the things we don’t show, as women, to our friends.”

BEST FRIENDS FOREVER was presented at the Creator Market in the Works in Progress program, with an exclusive 20-minute preview screened. Stay tuned for updates as the movie approaches production.
