This All Hallows Eve, Mistress Morphine, the vampire /nurse/ dominatrix (she’s a triple threat, literally!) and hostess of the sci-fi and horror webcomic Anthology Adrenaline Shots invites YOU into the hallowed halls of Morphine Manor. Hold on to your hat and other parts as Morphine presents one of the most unconventional art classes ever! Bring your drawing pencils and a crucifix. And blood. LOTS of blood. Oh, and did we mention that it’s also a musical? See you there. And don’t be late, that wouldn’t please your Mistress at all…
Be part of the fearsome festivities as a roster of amazing comic book artists (termed “Morphine’s Maestros”) join the Mistress to help attendees with tips and guidance regarding their art throughout the event. These devilish fiends include the likes of Joanne Kwan, Ricky Fang aka Hooks n Fangs, Gabby Vee, and Eduardo Barbosa. It wouldn’t be Halloween without a few surprises, and Mistress Morphine has more than a handful of tricks up her sleeve, so look out for one or two familiar horror faces on the night.
The official event poster has been created by Matt Ryan Tobin, who has also made memorable art for Mondo and Texas Frightmare Weekend. It will be released as an exclusive limited-edition print and only available for a limited amount of time in October. Details coming soon!
