Fame has a deadly side in the third in Ti West and Mia Goth’s trilogy.
MAXXXINE, the follow-up to X and PEARL, is coming to theaters nationwide from A24 on July 5. Written and directed by West, it stars Goth (also one of the producers), Elizabeth Debicki, Moses Sumney, Michelle Monaghan, Bobby Cannavale, Halsey, Lily Collins, Giancarlo Esposito and Kevin Bacon. The synopsis: “In 1980s Hollywood, adult film star and aspiring actress Maxine Minx [Goth] finally gets her big break. But as a mysterious killer stalks the starlets of Hollywood, a trail of blood threatens to reveal her sinister past.”
