You can’t keep a little terror down, and the evil Irish elf is resurrected once more in LEPRECHAUN RETURNS, coming in December. Jump past the jump for the info and poster art.

Originally announced as a Syfy broadcast in 2019 (see the network’s teaser below the art), LEPRECHAUN RETURNS will first appear as a VOD and digital release from Lionsgate Home Entertainment December 11. Steven Kostanski (THE VOID) directs from a script by Suzanne Keilly, and the cast is headed by Linden Porco as the Leprechaun, plus Taylor Spreitler, Sai Bennett, Pepi Sonuga, Emily Reid and Mark Holton reprising his role of Ozzie from the 1993 original film. The synopsis: “When the sorority sisters of the Alpha Upsilon house decide to go green and use an old well as their water source, they unwittingly awaken a pint-sized, green-clad monster. The Leprechaun wants a pot of gold buried near the sorority house, but first he must recover his powers with a killing spree—and only the girls of AU can stop him.”

The digital release will include the following special features:

  • “Going Green – An Interview With Director Steven Kostanski” featurette
  • Behind-the-scenes footage compilation
  • Exclusive still gallery
